University of California, Irvine political science professor Louis DeSipio says the New Hampshire primary is Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley’s “last chance” to show Donald Trump is vulnerable. Mr. DeSipio’s comments come as the race for the Republican presidential nomination is down to just Nikki Haley and Donald Trump. The professor said New Hampshire was the state where "she staked a lot of her credibility.” … “She’s likely to do better among independents than she is among sort of the core of the Republican Party,” says DeSipio.
