UC Irvine Political Science Professor Louis DeSipio says the Republicans have some “easy attacks” on Vice-President Kamala Harris. Joe Biden has ended his re-election campaign and endorsed Kamala Harris as the Democratic candidate. “They’re now having to prepare for a new campaign,” Mr. DeSipio told Sky News Australia. “They have some easy attacks on Vice-President Harris, but the proof will be in the pudding about how effective she is as a campaigner.”
