UC Irvine political science professor Mark Petracca reviewed Poseidon’s contribution
data and noted its utilitarian nature. “At first blush it seems that … Poseidon is
pretty ecumenical in the distribution of campaign contributions …. “They are not trying
to pick (or influence) winners as much as they are covering all bases.”
