Governor Newsom’s found a new way to mock President Trump and the MAGA movement – set up an online merchandise store … UC Irvine political science professor Tony Smith says Newsom’s poking fun of Trump is working with Democrats and some others that don’t buy into President Trump’s policies and behavior: “One of the things that Newsom has figured out – and possibly has sort of learned from Trump – is if you’re going to try to be funny, it needs to at least make somebody laugh,” says Smith.
