Danika Wong is the CMO/Head of Product for Satisfi Labs, where she oversees both the marketing and product strategy for the company. Over the last 3 years, she has established Satisfi Labs as a leader in the conversational AI and the voice space through branding and product positioning. She is currently focused on transitioning the company into a product-led company which includes enhancing the product with innovative features and partner integrations.
Prior to joining Satisfi, Danika served as the Director of Marketing for GroundTruth,
where she managed sales and product marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption
of their mobile-location technology for the ad-tech industry. In two newly created
roles for Macy’s, she also led Millennial Marketing Strategy and Mobile Marketing
Strategy. While at the company she was named a winner of the Macy's Ideas Lab, awarded
for innovative ideas that enhance the Macy’s customer experience. Danika holds a degree
in political science and international studies from UCI.
