Casavantes Bradford delivers keynote at inaugural George Floyd Social Justice Symposium

Anita Casavantes Bradford, UCI associate dean of faculty development and diversity in social sciences and associate professor of Chicano/Latino studies and history, delivered one of two invited keynote addresses at the inaugural George Floyd Social Justice Symposium earlier this month. Held at Texas A&M University-Kingsville, the Hispanic Serving Institution where Floyd attended for three years, the symposium was created to facilitate discussions on diversity, equity, and inclusion at TAMUK and support social justice in the surrounding communities.
