Rachel Klemek, anthropology '90 and owner of Blackmarket Bakery, is taking her culinary talents to TV as she competes next week on the Food Network’s "Chopped" in the "Sweets Showdown: Cake" episode Tuesday, October 15 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT. Tune in to watch the OC-based chef/owner of bakeries in Santa Ana, Costa Mesa and San Diego show off her delectable skills!
