and Founder of the Institute for Money, Technology, and Financial Inclusion, told
ETHNews …. “Economists talk about there being a hierarchy of money or a pyramid of
money where people can make any kind of money they want. I can make all sorts of IOUs,
we can make up our own scrip currency, I can use airline miles and start converting
them into food at the airport.”
