Rachel KlemekRachel launched Blackmarket Bakery with a simple vision - to create delight featuring real ingredients, classic technique, and a sense of fun. Inspired by memories of her childhood in the South, Chef Rachel, her family, and staff opened retail locations in Costa Mesa, Santa Ana, and San Diego.

Klemek is an accomplished pastry chef who graduated from the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in Napa Valley, after graduating from UC Irvine with a bachelor's in anthropology.

Breakout sessions will follow the Q&A with our spotlight speaker where participants will have an opportunity to connect and forge new relationships with fellow alumni.
