Chico and Rita is a romantic melodrama that follows the lives of two Afro-Cuban musicians
who fall in love. A Discussion and Q&A with Professor Raúl Fernández (Chicano/Latino
Studies) will focus on the musical elements portrayed in the film.
All UCI students, faculty, and staff are invited to watch these films in advance .
