This workshop offers tools to stay connected to, or to productively disconnect from, a research project. Anthropology wants students and faculty to feel empowered, supported, and provisioned in the adjustment to changing research ecosystems. The workshop will cover: ways to continuously re-conceptualize a research topic or object of study, engage with interlocutors and data sources in appropriate and compassionate ways, make research ethics decisions, and personal well being as a researcher in a rapidly dis/re-organizing field.
