The Social Sciences Dean's Ambassadors Council kicks off their Hot Topics Debate series this quarter with the ever-entertaining experts of debate, political science professors Mark Petracca and William Schonfeld, and illustrious moderator, political science professor Wayne Sandholtz. The issue up for debate: health care as a fundamental constitutional right.
