Thomas J. Campbell is a former five term congressman from California's 12th and
15th districts near San Jose. He served as director of finance for the state of California
in 2004 and 2005. He is a professor of business administration and the former dean
of the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and a
visiting professor at Chapman Law School. He is a leading authority on the economic
issues and prospects facing the California today.
