Feb. 9. UC Irvine: The university celebration will feature cultural games, arts and crafts, musical and dance performances, a dragon parade and food. Janet Yang, an award-winning Hollywood producer and past president of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, will hold a discussion. Attendance at the Feb. 9 events is free and open to the public. Information: socsci.uci.edu
