Forecasting President Trump’s latest address to the nation

President Trump is set to address the country tonight. We haven't gotten any specifics on it, other than the President's going to address us from the White House. He says the historic accomplishments that he's garnered for our country over the past year is one thing he's going to talk about. “I think he's going to drop some big announcement – you wouldn't have a national speech like this if you didn't. I think there's some hint that it might be some sort of promise of a rebate to the American people for tariffs that have been collected,” says Louis DeSipio, UC Irvine professor of political science and Chicano/Latino studies.
