Attorneys seek more than $3 million in legal fees for voting rights cases

[UCI Professor] Bernard Grofman created the recommendations for the new boundaries.
The recommendation was accepted by Judge Shelby. The previous voting districts and
precinct boundaries were created in the late 1980s after a similar lawsuit.
