The research study was co-authored by Eric Anderson, Professor of Masculinity, Sexuality
and Sport at the University of Winchester in England; Matthew H. Rafalow, Doctoral
Candidate of Sociology at the University of California, Irvine and Matthew Ripley,
Doctoral Candidate of Sociology at the University of Southern California. … They discovered
that married women were not abandoning their marriages, and in fact, were quite committed
to the emotional and loving aspect of their spousal relationships.
