From the OC Register:
Anyone who follows the news knows two things about the Affordable Care Act, which
is commonly referred to as Obamacare. First, despite efforts by Republicans to stop
it, it’s coming. And second, it’s controversial. … David Neumark is a professor of
economics at UC Irvine, where he also directs the Center for Economics & Public Policy.
He is a widely noted expert on labor market policy with extensive work experience
in public policy. He has testified before the California state Senate on labor market
matters, and his research is regularly cited in The New York Times, The Wall Street
Journal and other major international publications.
