Costa Mesa teen seeks Miss Fountain Valley title

Twelve young women advocating for a variety of issues will compete in the Miss Fountain
Valley Scholarship Pageant in March, with the winner moving on to compete in the Miss
California Pageant, with a chance ultimately to be crowned Miss America. This will
be the first Miss Fountain Valley competition in almost 20 years, said Keeli Scott
Lisack, executive director of the pageant and Miss Fountain Valley of 1977.... Andrea
Licata, 18, a Costa Mesa resident is studying economics at University of California,
Irvine. Her platform is creating awareness for early breast cancer detection and she
will play the piano for the talent portion of the competition.
