From the WSJ:
The Governor this week struck a deal with Democratic lawmakers and union leaders to
raise the minimum wage every year for six years until the state reaches $15 an hour.
… Only about 22 percent of San Francisco’s workers would be covered by the new law,
according to data crunched by David Neumark , an economist at the University of California,
Irvine.
