Watchdog: The gap between haves, have-nots grows in Orange County

From the OC Register:
"None of this seems particularly surprising − the rich are getting richer and the
poor are getting poorer," said Mark Petracca, political science professor at UC Irvine.
… "Maybe, thinking about this in terms of expectations, it shows that Orange County
is not immune, if it ever was, from national trends …" said UCI's Petracca.
