John C. Williams, president and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, will be the featured speaker at a UC Irvine Center for Economics & Public Policy-sponsored event on unconventional policy tools. Williams is managing editor of the International Journal of Central Banking and has been with the San Francisco Fed since 2002, serving as research advisor, senior vice president, executive vice president and research director before taking the reins in 2011.
