Change for the $20: Tubman to go on bill

The choice to place Tubman on the face of the $20 bill makes sense in part because two states can claim the iconic figure and she has a regional appeal in the Mid-Atlantic region, said UC Irvine anthropology professor Bill Maurer, who recently authored How Would You Like to Pay?
