Rosie Rios, the nation’s 43rd treasurer … “That’s why I’m glad these conversations
are happening,” Rios said Thursday at UC Irvine during an informal appearance … to
gather input on the bill’s redesign. Bill Maurer, dean of UCI’s School of Social Sciences,
invited Rios to speak.
