- Join UCI Mock Trial - one of the top ranked teams in the nation!
The only team in the country to have won the national championship for two consecutive years, UCI Mock Trial holds the highest records for excellence and success among the 600+ collegiate mock trial teams that compete every year. We've seen our members admitted to the country's top ranked law schools -- including Columbia, Chicago, NYU, Duke, Harvard, Northwestern, UCLA, and USC.
And now, we're looking for new members! You can compete as an attorney and give closing arguments, cross examine witnesses, and make objections. You can also play a witness - anyone from an expert to a victim to a funny eyewitness. Either way, you'll have the chance to travel (we've gone to New York, Washington D.C., Vegas) and add to our success.
Your major and previous experience, or lack thereof, don't matter! We've had freshman compete at the national championship without any prior experience. We've had chemistry majors win All-American Awards -- the highest collegiate mock trial honor. Anyone can join! Just come to one of our info sessions:
1. Thursday, September 24th at 6:00 pm in Social and Behavioral Sciences 1517
2. Monday, September 28th at 6:00 pm in Social and Behavioral Sciences 1517
3. Wednesday, September 30th at 5:00 pm in Social Ecology I Room 112
