From The Guardian:
In a world with more mobile devices than people, portable technology has the potential
to transform lives. Mobile access to the internet is helping to power social and economic
mobility all over the world. As experts in mobile communications convene in Barcelona

the world. -Bill Maurer, dean of social sciences and director of the Institute for
Money, Technology and Financial Inclusion, University of California, Irvine
