It's officially commencement week for UCI social sciences! I'm so excited to bring you this special issue of our UCI social sciences enews featuring stories of some of our outstanding student changemakers and their plans for making their mark. |

To our graduates of the class of 2023 - and a huge shoutout to our 2,600 graduating soc sci bachelor's recipients who make up more than a quarter of UCI's total undergrad degree recipients this year: Let me be the first to welcome you to the Social Sciences Alumni Network! Your connection to UC Irvine doesn't end when you graduate. In fact, it's just the beginning. As a UCI social sciences alumnus, you belong to a growing Alumni Network over 60,000 Anteaters strong who continue to make remarkable contributions around the world.
