Greeting from UCI Social Sciences!

We hope you will volunteer to judge at the UC Irvine Mock Trial Tournament, held November 22-23 at the Newport Beach Harbor Justice Center. We're thrilled to support the only college mock trial tournament in Orange County. This event was built on the willingness of Orange County lawyers to volunteer their time for legal education. You can register by clicking here.

The tournament consists of four rounds – Saturday morning and afternoon, and Sunday morning and afternoon – and you are welcome to judge as many or as few as you like. Trials are three hours or less. No litigation experience is required (only a JD) and everything will be covered during a brief judges' orientation. The tournament will feature some of the nation's best teams, including UCLA, Princeton, Berkeley, Brown, NYU... and the twice #1- ranked team in the country, UC Irvine! Food and parking are provided.

You can sign up online or, if you have any questions, please contact tournament coordinator Alyssa Valenzuela.
