UCI School of Social
Sciences

Greetings from the School of Social Sciences!

We hope you will consider judging at the College Mock Trial National Tournament, held March 9 & 10 at the Newport Beach Harbor Justice Center. The event features the best teams on the west coast, including UCLA, Stanford, USC, Berkeley, UC San Diego, and the (#1 ranked!) UC Irvine. Sign up by clicking here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=dEJQSnI1X0UwT3VHeXNoYlFkdWg1Wmc6MA#gid=0

The tournament consists of four rounds – Saturday morning and afternoon, and Sunday morning and afternoon – and you are welcome to judge as many or as few as you like. Trials are three hours or less. No litigation experience is required (only a JD) and everything will be covered during a brief judges' orientation. And, of course, we'll provide food and parking. We especially need help for rounds 2, 3, and 4.

It takes less than a minute to sign up at our registration page or, if you have any questions, please contact Tournament Coordinator Gerard Gully (ggully@uci.edu) or Head Coach Justin Bernstein (irvine.coach@gmail.com). As the date gets closer, we'll send you all the details, including directions and parking info.

We hope to see you soon!
