Installing QCA 3.0
(Qualitative-Comparative Analysis Version 3.0)

1. Download the file qca.zip from here to your root directory (c:\).

2. Locate qca.zip with Windows Explorer or whatever you use to find
   files and then double click it.  It is a zip file. WINZIP will ask
   you for a location for extracting the files;

   reply with: c:\qca.

3. You can now start QCA by locating the file qca.exe in the c:\qca
   directory (with Windows Explorer or the equivalent) and then
   double clicking it.
