Joyce
Neu is the first director of the Joan B. Kroc Institute
for Peace and Justice at the University of San
Diego. Previously, her work at the Carter Center
in Atlanta included facilitating dialogue between
parties in conflict in Bosnia, Congo-Brazzaville,
Ethiopia, Mali, Sudan, and Uganda. Her Career has
also included teaching at Emory University, USC,
UCI, and Penn State University.
