Individualized Academic Portfolio (IAP)

Students for Industrial-Organizational Psychology offers UC Irvine students three certification programs to facilitate their academic and professional growth while exposing them on Industrial-Organizational Psychology. These programs are designed to emphasize the documents needed for post-baccalaureate goals. The completion and sustainability of the IAP continuously proves to be a valuable resource for all majors and careers, a impressive tool for graduate school recruiters and employers.

The IAP is designed to prepare students wishing to apply to post-baccalaureate education or jobs. The Individualized Academic Portfolio is to address our members post-baccalaureate needs.
