LATINO BUSINESS STUDENT
ASSOCIATION (LBSA)

The Latino Business Student Association is a non-profit
student-run organization established at the University of
California, Irvine in 2003. It is a multi-cultural
organization composed of students from different ethnic
backgrounds and different majors. However, a vast majority
of the members hold Social Science Majors. Majors include
Economics, Political Science, International Studies,
Psychology, Chicano Latino Studies, and Sociology. The
Latino Business Student Association strives to provide its
members with resources that will facilitate and develop
their professional skills, business knowledge, current and
future educational goals.

NATIONAL SOCEITY OF LEADERSHIP AND SUCCESS (NSLS)

The National Society of Leadership and Success is an
organization that assists people in discovering and
achieving their goals. Members will learn to succeed at
their goals through the Society’s leadership speaker series
as well as through being part of a community where
likeminded success-oriented individuals come together help
each other. In addition, not only will the members succeed
in their own lives, but they will also create a better world
through community service and cooperation. The core
philosophy of the society is for our members to achieve
their dreams with meaningful support and dedicated action.

PRE-LAW SOCIETY

Pre-law Society aims to provide the proper guidance and
support concerning the careers in law and the law school
application process.We believe that it is essential to give
every individual the necessary information and resources to

WOMEN'S LAW
ASSOCIATION @ UCI

Women's Law Association at UCI is a club dedicated to
promoting knowledge of women's issues in the legal
community. WLA will serve as a forum for those who intend to
pursue a career in law or a related field by focusing on
women's experiences. As a club, we intend to help improve
the overall role of women in the profession by hosting
community service events, networking events, and prominent
guest speakers. In addition, we will provide LSAT
preparation, educational, and career advice.

COMMUNITY SERVICE AND LEADERSHIP PROGRAM (CSLP)

The UCI Community Service and Leadership Program (CSLP)
provides undergraduate students opportunities to engage
their community through service activities while preparing
for their post-baccalaureate life. The program emphasizes an
"others first" approach, encouraging service and steadfast
dedication to making a difference in the local community and
university campus. Students develop the leadership skills
necessary to be positive role models and active participants
in the community.

STUDENT PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSOCIATION (LSPA)

This group’s mission and goals are founded on the five
educational pillars (Castellanos, 2000). Specifically, the
association will emphasize the value of academics, research,
practical experience, leadership, and community service for
a complete undergraduate experience. In addition, the
cabinet recognizes the value of the five elements for the
successful application of graduate school. Through
programming, dialogues, workshops and other educational
activities, LSPA aspires to assist students to acquire a
comprehensive education while attending to the five pillars
throughout their experience at UC Irvine.

TRANSFER STUDENT
ORGANIZATION (TSO)

The
Transfer Student Organization is dedicated to introduce
transfer students to the opportunities and resources
provided by and at UCI. TSO is an organization on campus
only for transfer students! We allocate all resources for
transfer students and provide it to them. We organize
various workshops, social mixtures, and other events to help
transfer students succeed at UCI.

UNDERGRADUATE FINANCE ASSOCIATION (UFA)

Undergraduate Finance Association is dedicated to
creating career and educational opportunities for students
interested in the field of finance. This is achieved by
creating a society for like-minded students who want to
learn about investments and finance and by providing
networking opportunities with the local investment
management community, including mid-tier and bulge-bracket
investment funds, financial advisors, banks, and investment
banks. Additionally, UFA aims to foster closer relationships
with UC Irvine Economics Department, the Paul Merage
Business School faculty and MBA students. UFA spearheaded
the first-of-its-kind Student Managed Investment Fund at
UCI, giving students hands-on experience in managing an
investment fund with active collaboration with the faculty
advisers and competing in investment competitions.

UNDERGRADUATE BUSINESS ASSOCIATION (UBA)

The Undergraduate Business Association was founded in
1984. Being the oldest business organizations at UCI, we
have the knowledge and experience of the ups and downs which
support us in knowing how to serve students most
effectively. In present times at UCI, business is gaining
the hot seat. Many new business organizations are coming
about as well as majors and minors. Being around for the
longest time, we have the ability to withstand competition.
