This is the seventh conference in the "Toward a Sustainable 21st Century" series, presented by UCI's Newkirk Center for Science and Society, directed by Joseph DiMento, professor, UCI School of Law & Department of Planning, Policy & Design.  Professors Alejandro Camacho and Michael Robinson-Dorn, UCI School of Law, are also speakers at this conference. The series is an initiative of a foundation of global reach and a research university to do together more than they can do separately on significant unsolved problems of global society.
