This scholarship program was established to encourage current students to build upon the values of family, faith, education and giving back to the community; to advocate the importance of tolerance toward Islam; and serve to strengthen opportunities for future generations in Arab-American communities. This is a merit-based scholarship but financial need may be considered.

Award Amount: $2000

Requirements

  • be a full-time undergraduate during the upcoming academic school year
  • major in engineering, pre-med, nursing science, public health and/or medical anthropology
  • have demonstrated an interest in the Middle East and Muslim Community
  • have a 3.0 GPA
  • be a U.S. Citizen
  • provide two faculty members names for reference
